HOURLY ("PAY AS YOU GO") PLAN:

There is a 1 hour minimum. Fees are based on 1-minute increments after the first hour, and are monitored at myHours.com.

RETAINER (DISCOUNT) PLAN:

Basic Retainer:           -  10 hours/month (10% discount)

Standard Retainer:     -  20 hours/month (15% discount)

Premium Retainer:      -  30 hours/month (20% discount)

GENERAL:

All clients will be required to sign a contract outlining the terms and conditions of the work agreement prior to commencing work. An estimate will be provided (after initial consultation) and will be based on the projected time to complete the project, however final charges will be based on actual work time.

For new clients, a 50% deposit will be payable at startup, with the balance due on project completion.

For established clients, invoices are mailed on the last day of the month with payment due by the 15th. Payments not received by the due date will incur a $10.00 late fee.

Payments must be made in USD and payable in the form of cash, check, money order, credit card, or PayPal. There will be a $35 fee for returned checks.

Additional charges will be incurred for incidentals such as postage, printing, local mileage, and specialty (client request) software.

Rush projects requiring weekend or after-office hours will incur a 20% mark-up fee.
